PORTO MARINE – Tableview, Cape Town - Designed for Xantha Investments (Pty) Ltd Our largest project to date, comprising of two Luxury Residential Towers above a Commercial Ground Floor Shopping and Parking component, with two levels of Basement Parking, totaling 58 Units on 12,000 square meters of Floor Space, Designed in conjunction with Stephrie Geldenhuys. Construction is expected to commence in 2011.

48 ON SANDOWN – Parklands, Cape Town – Designed for New Age Properties This development was designed in 2008 to address the middle-income and 1st time homeowners market. Construction is expected to commence in 2011.
VINE TERRACES - Woodstock,Cape Town – Designed for M Eshraghi A Victorian styled block of Flats in Salisbury & Vine Roads in Woodstock comprising of 16 luxury units. Construction is expected to commence in 2011.

BURGUNDY TERRACE - Burgundy, Cape Town – Designed for Cape Land Developers A Community-styled Village Development within a Secure Township designed for small Family-Orientated Living. Construction is expected to commence in 2011.

CRYSTAL VIEWS - Burgundy, Cape Town – Designed for Cape Land Developers A Community-styled Village Development within a Secure Township designed for small Family-Orientated Living. Construction is expected to commence in 2011.

HIGHLANDS VILLAGE - Burgundy, Cape Town – Designed for Cape Land Developers A Community-styled Village Development within a Secure Township designed for small Family-Orientated Living. Construction is expected to commence in 2011/12.

CHELSEA-ON-SANDOWN - Parklands, Cape Town – Designed for ASKA Property Developers A Free-Standing paired Residential Group-Housing Development. No construction date has been given.

DARTFORD TERRACES - Parklands, Cape Town – Designed for New Age Properties This development was designed in 2008 to address a demand for the Lower Income and Entry-level Homeowners market. Construction is expected to commence in 2011/12.

PARKLANDS PLACE - Parklands, Cape Town – Designed for New Age Properties This development was designed in 2009 to address a demand for the Entry-level Homeowners market. No construction date has been identified.

AVONMOUTH PLACE - Parklands, Cape Town – Designed for Urban Space Developments A Free-Standing paired Residential Group-Housing Development. No construction date has been identified.

MORNINGSIDE - Parklands, Cape Town – Designed for KIZ Construction A mid-market Residential Development consisting of 58 Units, situated along the ecological corridor of Parklands. Construction was completed in 2008.
TORRINGTON VILLAS – Parklands, Cape Town - Designed for The Mopani Trust This property was constructed in 2006 for the Mopani Family Trust for speculative purposes. Construction was completed in 2003
YELLOWOOD ESTATE - Somerset West, Cape Town – Designed for KIZ Construction A luxury Single-Titled Development of 8 Residential units on the slopes of the Helderberg Mountains. Construction was completed in 2006.
BELLA VERONA - Parklands, Cape Town – Designed for KIZ Construction A Community-styled Village Development consisting of 121 Units, designed for small Family-Orientated Living. Construction was completed in 2004.
RUSKIN VILLAS - Parklands, Cape Town – Designed for KIZ Construction This property was designed in 2006 for the middle-income market for speculative purposes consisting of 77 Units. Construction was completed in 2007.
SANTENNAY (Phases 1 & 2) – Burgundy, Cape Town – for 22nd Century Homes A Community-styled Village Development within a Secure Township designed for Family-Orientated Living. Construction of Phase 1 was completed in 2009. Phase 2 is expected to commence in 2011.
