Graham Holland Architectural Design is a small architectural practice based in Big Bay on the West Coast north of Cape Town, primarily involved in residential, commercial and industrial building design throughout Cape Town and surrounds since 1988. Our vision has been to analyse and reinterpret the design trends within the urban environment whilst working in harmony with the natural environment, with an emphasis educating our client base on the advantages of implementing ‘greener’ building materials, eco-friendly building methods and energy conservative buildings.

We began trading as a partnership under the name of J&H Design in 1988. In 1994 the company was renamed to Graham Holland ArchiDesign. In 1989, we were commissioned as one of the primary architectural practices for Aska Property Developers, mostly responsible for the development of the greater Tableview area and more recently Parklands. Since 1992, we have been associated with other small, medium and large property developers, mostly along the West Coast, namely Tableview, West Beach, Parklands, Big Bay, Yserfontein and Langebaan. We have experience in Group Housing and Sectional Title development as well as single residential building work thoughout the greater Cape Town areas.
